During my 1:1 consultation with Jwaydan, I loved how passionate she is about her work, how well read researched she is on the topics she covered during my session, and her warm and friendly approach, making it easier for me to speak openly about some of my struggles and relate to new pieces of information she provided during session. I enjoyed exploring different sides of myself in terms of mental, physical and all round health with her guidance, and she made it easy and interesting for me to understand the root cause of some of my own issues by explaining the connection between mind, gut and body and how the body responds and reacts to challenging life events.
