We do not offer refunds on digital download purchases, course content or workshops that you have paid to attend. Regarding one to one consultations, Jwaydan has a 48 hour cancellation policy and clients have the option to rebook their session if they desire.
1. Jwaydan offer’s free calls which allow potential clients the opportunity to learn more about the nature of her work. These calls are ONLY for potential clients who are serious about committing to a 1:1 or a future online event. We have the right to cancel any calls that are booked by anyone who we feel is not in contact for business and work related reasons.
2. Any cyber bullying or any form of inappropriate behaviour, online harassment will result in a permanent ban from the website, all of Jwaydan’s social media platforms, and emailing list.
3. Sending or posting messages that defame, slander Jwaydan or any other of her clients or participants in workshop and live courses will result in a permanent ban from the website and all of Jwaydan’s social media platforms.
4. Filming live or pre-recorded courses is completely prohibited and will result in severe legal consequences and being permanently banned from all of Jwaydan’s social media platforms and this website.
5. Refusing to adhere to rules during live workshops gives us the right to remove you from the workshop and ban you from joining future online offerings.
6. All creative content, written work and online material created by Jwaydan is prohibited from being shared, used, copied, and there will be severe legal consequences if this work is used without our permission.
7. All clients participating in live workshops must treat other participants with the utmost respect or else they will be removed and permanently banned from attending any future events.
8. Over engagement : We ask that participants of workshops and online events remain respectful and do not spam live meetings or webinar charts with excessive emoji usage or unacceptable comments. We ask that you always engage with respect and thoughtfulness towards the host and all other students participating.
